INTHESMART, with more than 20 years of medical device R&D experience, is a medical device company specializing in high-tech medical devices.
Headquartered in Seoul National University Hospital’s Center for Medical Innovation, we are collaborating with medical professionals to not only develop user-focused technologies, but also design and supply innovative and essential medical devices.
Starting with endoscopic fluorescence imaging system, we are developing high-tech medical devices such as AI fundus camera and smart robot prosthetic.

INTHESMART Co., Ltd. is a specialized medical device company established through joint investments from the government research institute, Korea Electrotechnology Research Institute (KERI), and Seoul Business Agency (SBA), Seoul National University Hospital (SNUH), and Science and Technology Promotion Foundation (SEMA), with a focus on successfully implementing the government's policy on domestication of medical devices.
INTHESMART Co., Ltd. is located within Seoul National University Hospital and is engaged in advanced medical device development in collaboration with major domestic hospitals including Seoul National University Hospital, as well as professors from overseas hospitals such as Johns Hopkins Hospital, Peking University Cancer Hospital, and Pavlov Hospital.
Furthermore, INTHESMART Co., Ltd. maintains close cooperation with various government agencies and major companies, including the Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST), and has established local offices and collaborative institutions in the United States, China, Russia, and Hong Kong.
